If you’re not approved, your full membership fee will be immediately refunded. If you are approved, we’ll build your custom profile for review + send a welcome package.

NEXT STEPS & REFUND POLICY

Once you sign up, please watch your inbox and check your spam folder for the link to your application. If we don’t see your application come in, we’ll follow up via email twice to check in. Please note that membership fees are only refunded if your application is declined.

If you do not complete our application and do not respond to our emails, we do not issue refunds for the period of time you did not take advantage of our service. At that point, we’ll hold your membership fee to reserve your space in our directory, and we’ll honor that membership price for the future date you choose to participate in our service. Membership fees will continue to renew annually until you choose to cancel.
